Key amenities displayed on hotel property cards
We added key amenity displays to hotel property cards in search results, showing prioritized amenities like pools, gyms, spas, and restaurants directly on each card. This enhancement leverages existing Hotelbeds API data to help customers quickly evaluate hotel facilities without clicking through to detailed property pages, streamlining the accommodation selection process with at-a-glance facility information.

Planner Copilot Feature Extensions
Added support for PDF files and text files (csv, md, txt).
Show suggested transport type between stops.
Improved and smoother rendering of the streamed chat response.
Beautified visual chat response.
The sidebar shows a big map when the visual response format is enabled.
With these improvements, we have taken the visual response mode out of BETA. It is now the recommended view for Planner Copilot.
COCKPIT
Custom Room Types Management
We introduced a new Room Types management feature in Cockpit. Tour operators can now define, edit, delete, and reorder their own custom room types with configurable occupancy rules (min/max persons). This setting is not directly accessible to the customers, but any changes can be requested to their customer support manager who can take care of it.
This enhancement removes the dependency on database changes for new room categories and enables flexible configurations such as “Single person (shared double),” gender-specific twin rooms, tents, shared rooms, and sleeper cars. Existing room types (single, double, triple, quadruple) remain fully supported and unchanged.
Benefits include greater flexibility for tour operators, faster setup without developer intervention, and scalable support for diverse accommodation models across customers.
Itinerary Template Report Export
A new Itinerary Template Report is now available in the Cockpit Settings Reports page, allowing tour operators to export comprehensive template data to CSV format.

Supplier-level currency configuration for accommodations
We added the ability to configure a specific currency for individual accommodation suppliers, giving you more control over how net prices are displayed. This means that if you have a supplier contract in a different currency than your default sales currency, you can now specify this at the supplier level to ensure prices are displayed correctly without unwanted conversions.
This enhancement is particularly useful when working with suppliers who operate in a different currency than your marketplace default. By configuring the supplier's contract currency in their supply settings, you'll see accurate net prices that reflect the currency you'll actually be invoiced in, making it easier to manage multi-currency supplier relationships.
Timeout extensions for cancellations
The timeout extensions we have already applied in recent releases are now extended to cancellations. This means that we now wait longer when performing all booking changes and cancellations for supplier responses - not only for booking.
APIs
Booking API - Package type classification for UK market ATOL compliance
We've added package type classification to the Booking API for ATOL compliance in UK markets. The API now classifies bookings as "flight_only", "package", or "not_atol" based on the distribution channel and whether the itinerary contains flights and other services.
This enables partner documentation tools to create, generate and send the correct ATOL certificates and enables our customers mid-office tooling to support CAA reporting requirements. The new "packageType" field is included in the Booking API response when the feature flag is enabled on the Distribution Channel (please request this to be enabled for your UK DCs via support as required).
Connect API - Flexible pickup time selection for ground transfers
We enhanced the Ground Transport Connect API to efficiently handle suppliers offering 24/7 transfers without scheduling restrictions. New optional parameters (maxServiceCategories and timeInterval) control the number of departure options returned and the minimum interval between them, preventing performance issues from excessive time slot offers. This ensures fast, relevant search results by intelligently filtering available times.
Furthermore, we extended the Ground Transport Connect API data model to include detailed segment information. The API now provides structured departure/arrival times, duration, and unique identifiers for each transfer segment, enabling platforms to display accurate timing, support time-based pricing, and multi-departure scheduling. This update introduces service category start times and deprecates older timing fields for a clearer, more flexible foundation supporting multiple pickup time options.
