The Itinerary Template Inventory Report generates a detailed CSV export of all itinerary templates (trip packages) in your TripBuilder inventory. This report provides comprehensive information about template configuration, content, pricing, and availability.

How to Request a Report

Follow the steps outlined in the Reports article to request an Itinerary Template Inventory Report for your organization.

Report Content

The report contains approximately 52 columns organized into the following categories:

Technical Metadata

  • Tour Operator - The organization that owns the template

  • Template RefId/Revision - The template's unique identifier and revision number

  • Created On - Date when the template was first created (DD.MM.YYYY format)

  • Modified On - Date when the template was last modified (DD.MM.YYYY format)

  • Last Published On - Date when the template was last published (DD.MM.YYYY format)

  • Created By - User who created the template

  • Modified By - User who last modified the template

  • Publication Status - Current status (e.g., Published, Draft, Archived)

Content Information

  • Title - The template's title (in the report's display language)

  • Key Sentence - Short promotional tagline

  • Short Description - Brief template description

  • Additional Information - Extended template details

  • Tour Type - "Individual Tour" or "Group Tour"

  • Template Tags - Internal categorization tags

  • Product Tags - Tags inherited from default products of the template

Geographic & Location Data

  • Countries - Destination country codes covered by the template

  • Start Location - Starting point of the trip

  • End Location - Ending point of the trip

  • Stops - Places configured in the template. Doesn't list stops of modules referenced by the template.

Template Configuration

  • Distribution Channels - Where the template is available (e.g., B2C, B2B)

  • Travel Agencies - Associated travel agency with exclusive access to the template

  • Modules - Modules referenced by the template

  • Rental Car Enabled - Whether rental car booking is available (Yes/No)

  • International Flight Support - Flight booking capability (Yes/No)

  • Flight Configuration - Flight configuration type (e.g., "No Flights", "Optional Flights")

  • Route Builder - Route builder configuration setting

  • Showcase Template - Whether this is a showcase template (Yes/No)

  • Custom Template - Whether this is a custom template (Yes/No)

  • Smart Planner Compatibility - Smart planner support status (Default/Enabled/Disabled)

Pricing & Commercial

  • Cancellation Policy - Cancellation policy name (or policy ID if policy not found)

  • From Price - Starting price with currency (e.g., "EUR 1,520.50")

  • From Price Date - Reference date for the from price

  • Package Commission Category - Commission category for the base package

  • Upselling Commission Category - Commission category for upselling items

  • Base Services - Included base services (e.g., breakfast, transfers)

Availability & Media

  • Last Available Date - Last date the template is available for booking

  • Picture Count - Number of images attached to the template

  • Min Duration - Minimum trip duration (e.g., "7 days")

  • Max Duration - Maximum trip duration (e.g., "14 days")

Translation Status Columns

The report includes language columns (e.g., DE, EN, ES, FR, IT) that indicate translation availability:

  • Yes - The template's title has a translation in that language

  • No - The template's title is not translated in that language

Note: These columns only check the title field for translations. Other fields (descriptions, key sentence, etc.) may or may not be translated even if the title shows "Yes".

Data Format

All data exported in this report follows these conventions:

  • Dates: DD.MM.YYYY format (e.g., 15.03.2026)

  • Currency: Currency code followed by comma-separated thousands and period decimals (e.g., EUR 1,520.50)

  • Boolean values: "Yes" or "No"

  • Lists: Comma-separated values (e.g., "CH,FR,IT" for countries)

  • Empty values: Empty cells indicate no data is available for that field
