The Area Inventory Report generates a detailed CSV export of all geographic areas and destinations configured in your TripBuilder inventory. This report provides comprehensive information about area definitions, coordinates, search radii, and associated metadata.
How to Request a Report
Follow the steps outlined in the Reports article to request an Area Inventory Report for your organization.
Report Filtering Options
When requesting an Area Report, you can apply the following filters to narrow down the results:
Min/Max Rating (0-5) - Only include areas with a rating greater than or equal to the min value resp. less than or equal to the max value.
Country Codes - Filter by specific countries (multi-select dropdown)
Airport - Filter areas associated with a specific airport (searchable dropdown)
Metropolitan Code - Filter areas by metropolitan area code (text input)
Exclude NezasaGlobal Content (checkbox, default: checked)
When checked: Only includes areas created by your organization
When unchecked: Includes both your organization's areas and shared global areas (based on your organization's configuration)
Report Content
The report contains 17 columns organized into the following categories:
Technical Metadata
Inventory Owner - The organization that owns or manages the area
Area RefId - The area's unique identifier
Status - "Enabled" or "Disabled" indicating whether the area is active
Area Names & Identifiers
Short Name - Abbreviated area name (in the report's display language)
Full Name - Complete area name (in the report's display language)
Default Name - The default English name used for fallback
Aliases - Alternative names for the area in the selected language (semicolon-separated)
Geographic Information
Country Codes - ISO country codes associated with this area (comma-separated, e.g., "CH,IT")
Latitude - Geographic latitude coordinate
Longitude - Geographic longitude coordinate
Timezone - IANA timezone identifier (e.g., "Europe/Zurich")
Airport & Transportation
Airports - Airport codes associated with this area (comma-separated)
Best Airport - Primary recommended airport for this destination
Metropolitan Area - Metropolitan area code if applicable
Search Configuration
Hotel Search Radius (m) - Maximum distance in meters for searching accommodations from the area center
Activity Search Radius (m) - Maximum distance in meters for searching activities from the area center (only for Administrative Areas)
Rating - Area quality/popularity rating (0-5 scale)
Data Format
All data exported in this report follows these conventions:
Coordinates: Decimal degrees (e.g., 46.8182, 8.2275)
Distances: Meters (e.g., 50000 for 50km radius)
Rating: Decimal number between 0 and 5 (e.g., 4.5)
Country Codes: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes (e.g., CH, FR, IT)
Airports: IATA airport codes (e.g., ZRH, GVA)
Lists: Comma-separated values for countries and airports; semicolon-separated for aliases
Empty values: Empty cells indicate no data is available for that field
