Before You Begin
Before activating the WebBeds direct connection in your TripBuilder environment, ensure you have the following prerequisites ready:
An active commercial contract and partner account with WebBeds or Destination of the World (DOTW).
Your direct DOTWconnect XML Gateway v4 API credentials provided by your WebBeds account manager.
An available Standard supplier slot in your TripBuilder subscription.
Booking WebBeds Properties in TripBuilder
Once the integration is activated, WebBeds properties appear alongside your other connected accommodation suppliers during itinerary planning:
Open an itinerary in TripBuilder and navigate to the accommodation selection step for your destination.
Search and filter accommodations by destination, travel dates, board options, and star ratings.
Select a room category to inspect rate details, inclusions, and sales prices.
Add the chosen room to the itinerary to confirm availability and continue the booking flow.
