Integration options: The suppliers and services listed in this article are ready-made TripBuilder integrations. For these connectors, Nezasa builds and operates the supplier-specific integration, and customers typically provide supplier credentials and commercial setup information.

If a supplier or desired integration model is not covered by an existing connector, a customer, supplier, or third-party integrator can build a Connect Adapter through the Connect API. A Connect Adapter is the middleware or service that translates an external supplier system into the Connect API interface TripBuilder expects, subject to Nezasa's data formats, certification flow, and operational requirements.

Supplier own credentials - Access models

When configuring own credentials for suppliers of travel products, three access models exist:

Preferred: the configuration of own credentials is included in product plans
Standard: the configuration of own credentials consumes an available slot for connected supply
Basic: the configuration of own credentials requires a Premium Add-on

While Diethelm technically connects via TravelgateX, there is no direct API integration with TravelGateX for this case. Instead, the portfolio is accessed through Tourplan, which connects to TravelGateX.

(**) Remark:

Customers who have direct credentials with Hotelbeds should request enabling the "Tax Breakdown" feature to ensure fees and other paid-on-destination fees are displayed in Planner's "Offer Remarks" section. Without this feature, these fees will only appear after selection.

The Bókun row refers to the existing Nezasa-built Bókun connector. An independent Bókun-related custom integration follows the Connect API path instead of this ready-made connector setup.
