This article details the necessary information, such as access credentials, required for TripBuilder to establish connectivity with transactional product suppliers and non-bookable services.
Note: Customers can use their supplier credentials to access transactional product suppliers with all TripBuilder product plans:

This information is required only for the initial configuration of a new customer using their own TravelGateX credentials.

About FTP Credentials:
When using multiple accommodation suppliers via TGX, a mapping file must be uploaded to the TGX server via FTP.
The customer must request FTP credentials through the TGX partner portal using their login/profile and then share this information with Nezasa.

These Distribution Channel invoicing contact details are sent as the billing information in the airline booking request. The operator's general company address is not the intended source when these details are configured.
