Search and book hotels on their own
You can now search, view, and book hotels directly — no need to build a full trip first. Search by destination, hotel name, or address, browse results just like you would inside an itinerary, with room options, verified guest reviews, and meal-plan details, and go straight to checkout when you find the right fit. Results also load faster, appearing as they're found via streaming instead of waiting on every provider at once.
This is a beta feature, part of the broader new Discovery remake. Until new Discovery ships in full, it's available by linking or redirecting to this page directly from your website — get in touch with your customer operations manager to set it up. Once the new Discovery is fully released, you'll be able to switch over completely.

Booked component editing - live supply hotels
Customer care users can now edit a subset of live supply accommodation component's attributes directly from the component edit screen, instead of relying on off-system workarounds. Attributes that can be edited are:
Hotel name
Supplier Confirmation Number
Room Category
Meal Plan
Reminder on component edits - they update the component, travel documentation and Booking API for downstream providers. These edits don’t automatically propagate to the live supplier.
Feature flag is internal contact support to enable this capability.
Remove individual PNRs instead of all flights at once
Complex itineraries can contain multiple PNRs, but customer care's "Remove all flights" action removed every PNR at once, forcing agents to manually re-add anything they wanted to keep. We've renamed the action to "Remove Flights" - triggering it now shows every PNR on the itinerary with its reference, letting users select just the one(s) they actually want to remove.
Confirming removes only the selected PNRs; all other PNRs, their segments, and related transfers stay untouched. The confirmation step shows how many PNRs will be removed and reminds agents the action can't be undone. Removing all PNRs at once is still possible by selecting them all.
Add Travel Period scope to Accommodation Content Rules
We added a travel period parameter to accommodation content rules, so operators can restrict specific accommodation content to a defined date range instead of blocking it indefinitely. Rules can still combine with existing conditions like supplier, country, and property. The new feature is only available on the content rules extended version (V2).
This lets operators respond faster to events like airspace closures or travel advisories, since restrictions expire automatically once the affected period passes rather than requiring manual cleanup later.
New Content Source for AerTicket Cockpit PNR System Events
We added a new content source, Cockpit Pull PNR, so transport components imported from AerTicket Cockpit bookings (via the SoftConEx AERPACKIT server) are tagged separately from those booked through AerTicket's API.
This gives us accurate visibility into where a booking originated, in System Events, without disrupting existing AerTicket-sourced components or breaking refresh-PNR for the new source.

Connect API - Support cancellations via Connect API webhooks
We added cancellation support to Connect API webhooks. Suppliers can now send a webhook marking a booked component as unavailable, and it will be cancelled on TripBuilder automatically.
This removes a manual step for handling supplier-side cancellations and keeps booking status accurate without operator intervention.
New Rental Cars Connect API
We launched a new Connect API for rental cars, giving new suppliers a standard way to plug into the booking lifecycle — search, availability, booking, and cancellation — instead of a one-off custom integration. Existing rental car integrations keep working exactly as before.
This cuts the effort of onboarding new rental car suppliers, reduces data inconsistencies caused by bespoke integrations, and lets us scale rental car supply faster going forward. For more details on the Rental Cars Connect API check our documentation.

More flexible time granularity in the Supply Connections dashboard
Trend charts now automatically match the level of detail (daily, weekly, or monthly) to the date range you pick — so short two-week analyses finally work — and a new dropdown lets you force a specific granularity.
Clearer supplier breakdowns in the Supply Connections dashboard
The by-supplier charts now each have their own full-width sheet, so they're readable instead of being squeezed into dozens of tiny panels.
Bug Fix: Destination Country filter now shows all countries
On the Best Seller Products dashboard, the Activities sheet's Destination Country filter was missing some countries (e.g. Australia); all countries present in the data are now selectable.
