We're excited to announce a significant improvement to how we stream hotel offers. This update ensures that a slower supplier will no longer delay the delivery of offers from faster suppliers, meaning your travelers will see hotel results much more quickly.

As a result of this new, more efficient streaming architecture, we temporarily do not support offline offers. We understand the importance of this feature and are actively exploring solutions to reintroduce support for offline offers in a future update.

We've resolved an issue where activity components lost their supplier confirmation numbers after itinerary cancellation, while other component types like accommodations, transfers, and rental cars retained theirs. This inconsistency prevented Customer Care users from accessing crucial supplier reference information needed for post-cancellation communication and follow-up.

Activity components now maintain their supplier confirmation numbers after cancellation, matching the behavior of other component types. When an itinerary containing activities is cancelled, the supplier confirmation numbers remain visible in the Services and Price List tab, ensuring complete reference information is preserved for all components regardless of their booking status.

This fix ensures consistent data retention across all component types and provides Customer Care teams with the supplier reference numbers they need to communicate with activity providers about cancelled bookings, refunds, or other post-cancellation inquiries.
