New Content Rules - Beta

  1. Enhanced UI for Country & Area selection

We've enhanced the user interface for creating content rules by improving the selection experience for areas, countries, and hotel filters. You can now select multiple options within the same rule definition, use search functionality to find specific locations or hotels, and view your selections displayed as easy-to-manage chips. This streamlined interface makes it simpler to create comprehensive content rules that target multiple geographical areas or specific accommodations in a single rule configuration.

  1. Cancellation Policies Rules

The cancellation policy filtering options in the new content rules have been enhanced to provide more granular control over offer selection. You can now define rules to include or exclude offers based on their refund policies: Non-Refundable offers (those with 100% charges from the moment of booking) and Partially Refundable offers (those with cancellation charges that don't equal the full offer price). This enhancement gives you better control over which types of booking policies are presented to your customers.

Booking change failure email notifications

Tour operators will now receive an email notification to highlight which components fail to book during a failed booking change attempt. This reduces operational risk of double bookings and increases visibility of critical booking issues.

NOTE - these emails are configured in checkout settings and are Nezasa internal settings - do check with your support team if you’re unsure if these are enabled. They would need to have tour operator booking change confirmed emails enabled.

Order History attributes

Order history page now displays the supplier name and confirmation number for each component, making it easier for users to manage and verify bookings and cancellations.

Passport information added to activity supplier emails

We've enhanced the email notifications sent to local suppliers for inventory transit activities. With the feature flag enabled (contact support for this), these emails will now include crucial passport information for each passenger, which is often required by sub-suppliers like local train and domestic flight operators for efficient booking and regulatory compliance.

When enabled by a new feature flag, the emails will provide the following details for each booked passenger:

  • First Name

  • Middle Name

  • Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Nationality

  • Passport Number

  • Passport Expiration Date

  • Passport Issuing Country

This feature can be toggled on or off using a feature flag, allowing control over the inclusion of this information on emails.
