This article describes use cases and highlights the key characteristics of Nezasa's Hotelbeds Activities Connector. While the core business product for Hotelbeds is accommodation, other ancillary products - transfers, activities, tickets and car hire - are also part of the company’s portfolio for up-sell and cross-sell, named the “go beyond the bed” segment.

Hotelbeds Activities provides access to a global portfolio: +18.000 experiences, +680 destinations and +200 countries (statistics from 31 July 2023). By leveraging the Hotelbeds Activities Connector, you gain access to availability for tickets and single or multi-day excursions.

The seamless integration between Hotelbeds Activities and Nezasa empowers you to effortlessly access a global activity portfolio.

After signing your collaboration contract with Hotelbeds Activities, the supplier will provide credentials (API Key and API Secret). Please check the process here for more information.

Hotelbeds Activities can provide credentials for their test environment and Production credentials. Both should be communicated to your customer success manager at Nezasa to enable the connection on your TripBuilder instance.

Kindly be aware that the testing API keys given in registration are only intended for evaluation purposes. With those keys, you'll have a daily limit of 50 requests. Further, note that the stability of the testing environment may not be as reliable as the production environment.

If you exceed the daily request limit, you'll encounter an HTTP 403 error (forbidden access). To increase your quota, we recommend contacting your account manager at Hotelbeds Activities. They'll be able to assist you in upgrading your access and provide further guidance. More information can be found here.
