Overview
This article describes the use cases and key characteristics of Nezasa's XS2Events Connector.
XS2Events is a global event ticketing platform specializing in major sporting and entertainment events, including Formula 1, football (with strong coverage of the Premier League and LaLiga), tennis, and other live events worldwide. The connector gives TripBuilder real-time access to XS2Events' event ticket inventory and booking capabilities across a wide range of countries.

Prerequisites
Before you can activate the XS2Events connector, you need:
A commercial agreement with XS2Events: You must have an active contract with XS2Events. If you don't have one yet, reach out to your XS2Events representative to get set up.
A Nezasa subscription: The connector is available on eligible Nezasa plans. Contact your Nezasa account manager if you're unsure.
Setting up new credentials
After signing your collaboration agreement with XS2Events, the supplier will provide API credentials via their developer portal. XS2Events issues credentials separately for their test/development environment and for production. Both should be communicated to the Nezasa Operations Team to enable the connection on your TripBuilder instance.
XS2Events specifics
E-ticket delivery for XS2Events works as follows:
No direct e-ticket download link: XS2Events does not provide a direct download link (voucher) for e-tickets at the time of booking confirmation.
Tickets are issued asynchronously: Ticket issuance can take minutes, hours, or longer after booking confirmation, depending on the event and the supplier behind it. Tickets are not available immediately.
Ticket availability depends on booking status: E-tickets can only be retrieved once the booking has reached a specific status on XS2Events' side, so there isn't a single, reliable point in time at which tickets are guaranteed to be ready.
Booking code workaround: The XS2Events booking code is displayed in the Nezasa booking panel. Travellers can use this code to look up their booking on the XS2Events customer portal (xs2ticket.com) and download their tickets once they become available.
