G Adventures Connector

G Adventures is one of the world's leading adventure travel companies, offering small group tours across more than 100 countries. Their portfolio spans a wide range of styles, from classic and comfort tours to active, marine, and local living experiences, making them an ideal supplier for customers looking to enrich their trip offerings with authentic, guided adventure products.

The Nezasa Γ— G Adventures integration allows you to search, price, and book G Adventures tours directly within the Nezasa platform, with real-time availability and live pricing.

Prerequisites

Before you can activate the G Adventures connector, you need:

  1. A commercial agreement with G Adventures: You must have an existing agency relationship with G Adventures and a confirmed agency code. If you don't have one yet, reach out to your G Adventures representative to get set up.

  2. A Nezasa subscription: The connector is available on eligible Nezasa plans. Contact your Nezasa account manager if you're unsure.

How to Get Your API Credentials

G Adventures API credentials are managed through the G Adventures API Developer Portal.

  1. Provide access to your G Adventures API Developer Portal to [email protected].

  2. In the portal you will find 2 keys for production and staging that Nezasa will use for the configuration:

    • Secret Key: used for server-side API calls

    • Publishable Key: used to identify your application

Important: Use your sandbox/test keys for all testing and only switch to production when you are ready to go live. When testing, make sure to book departures at least 6 months in advance and cancel any test bookings within 24 hours.

Going Live: Certification Process

Before activating the integration in production, G Adventures requires all customers to complete a brief certification process to ensure a smooth experience. This includes:

  • Running a set of test bookings in the sandbox environment covering key scenarios (availability search, booking, cancellation)

  • Sharing test booking IDs with the G Adventures team for verification

  • Receiving sign-off from the G Adventures team before switching to production keys

The Nezasa support team will guide you through this process and share the full test plan.

Vouchers and Passenger Check-In

When a booking is confirmed, Nezasa generates a standard voucher containing the G Adventures booking reference number. This can be issued to the traveller immediately.

The final tour voucher is produced by G Adventures after travellers complete the "Good to Go" check-in process. This is where passengers submit their personal travel details (e.g., insurance information, medical/dietary requirements). The check-in link is sent according to your agency's communication preferences, so you remain in control of your customer communications.

Promotions

G Adventures may offer agency-exclusive promotions that are automatically applied at the time of booking. Please note that these price reductions may not always be reflected in the Nezasa UI at the search stage; they are applied during the booking process. We recommend communicating this to your team so they are aware of how promotional pricing works within the platform.
