Setting up new credentials

After signing your collaboration contract with Musement, the supplier's credentials will be provided: testing credentials for the Sandbox environment and Production credentials. All credentials must be communicated to Nezasa’s Customer Support Team to configure the supplier integration on your TripBuilder instances.

Testing

Please remember that the Sandbox environment from Musement is not entirely stable and does not offer a wide variety of tours/activities to test the booking flow. Also, please keep in mind the following particularities regarding testing.

On Request Bookings

On-request bookings are typically auto-confirmed via Webhook. However, due to Musement's collaboration with third-party local suppliers, confirmation may not always be immediate. Should a component remain as "On Request" for over 72 hours after booking confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the Musement B2B Portal to see if the booking status is also listed as "On Request". Please note, it's not uncommon for certain tours (e.g., entrance tickets to Universal Studios in Hollywood) to retain an "On Request" status for more than ten days.

  2. If the status on the B2B Portal is "On Request", your next action is determined by who has granted your travel brand access to the Musement portfolio:

    1. If provided by Cockpit Marketplace AG, the marketplace operator for TripBuilder, utilise the contacts listed under COCKPIT MARKETPLACE AG - Operation Support for further assistance.

    2. If access is through your credentials and commercial contract, reach out to the Musement Customer Support team (here) for confirmation from the local supplier.

  3. If the component status differs from "On Request" on the B2B portal, please contact Nezasa's Customer Support for an analysis of why the webhook was not processed correctly.

Vouchers

Musement directly issues all activity vouchers. From the moment the booking's status is Booked, vouchers can be found in the Travel Documentation area.
