Overview
This article provides a comprehensive guide to Nezasa's Mozio connector and its main use cases.
Mozio is a global ground transportation marketplace offering a wide range of transfer and mobility services, including private taxis, shared shuttles, minibuses, trains, and hourly car services. The platform covers point-to-point transfers such as airport pickups and drop-offs, hotel to cruise port, and hotel to attractions, with services available both within cities and for city-to-city routes.
TripBuilder has developed and integrated a direct connector with Mozio, allowing tour operators to offer their travelers ground transportation options seamlessly within their itineraries.
⚠️ Requirement: The Mozio connector requires the new Ground Transport UX in TripBuilder. Please ensure this is enabled for your account before configuring the integration. Contact Nezasa if you are unsure.

Setting Up New Credentials
To activate the Mozio connector in TripBuilder, your organisation must have a commercial agreement with Mozio.
Once the commercial agreement is in place, the following credential is required:
Contract ID
TripBuilder supports different Mozio credentials per distribution channel. For example, if you operate across multiple markets (e.g., Belgium, Germany, Malaysia), each market can be configured with its own Contract ID.
Nezasa manages credential setup — please contact Nezasa to configure your credentials, specifying which should apply to each distribution channel.
💡 If your commercial setup with Mozio is not yet in place, reach out to your Mozio account representative to get started.
Testing
To test the Mozio connector in a staging environment, Nezasa will configure your credentials against Mozio's staging endpoint.
When using the testing environment, keep the following in mind:
Ensure that test bookings are cancelled after testing, including in the staging environment.
Check with your Mozio contact if additional testing requirements or procedures apply on their side.
Mozio Specifics
Transport Types
Mozio covers a wide range of ground transport categories, including:
Private Taxis & Sedans
Shared Shuttles
Minibuses & Vans
Trains — available in selected markets worldwide, including the UK (Heathrow Express, Stansted Express), Australia (Airtrain Brisbane), Canada (UP Express Toronto), Spain (TMB Barcelona), Austria (City Airport Train Vienna), Italy, Malaysia (KLIA Ekspres), Sweden (Arlanda Express), and more.
Hourly Car Service — popular for business travelers and layover sightseeing in cities such as Mumbai and Istanbul.
ℹ️ Ferries are not currently supported via the Mozio integration.
Pickup & Drop-Off Locations
Mozio supports the following transfer scenarios:
Airport → Point (e.g., flight arrival to hotel)
Point → Airport (e.g., hotel to flight departure)
Point → Point (e.g., hotel to cruise port, hotel to attraction, city-to-city)
Mozio receives location data (hotels, piers, airports, etc.) directly from TripBuilder's API, cross-references it with Google Maps for verification, and passes it to the transport provider. No additional location confirmation is required from the traveler unless customer support needs clarification.
💡 Tip — Airport transfers: For connections to or from an airport, if no flight is selected, the system defaults to a departure time of 9:00 AM. We recommend selecting the flight first so that TripBuilder can automatically determine the correct transfer time based on the actual arrival or departure time at the airport.
💡 Tip — Hotel transfers: TripBuilder shares the exact coordinates of the stop with Mozio. If no hotel has been selected, the system uses the generic stop location. For the most accurate pickup or drop-off point, select the hotel before adding the transfer.
Pricing & Group Size
Mozio returns results based on the total number of passengers in the booking. The system only surfaces vehicles that can accommodate the entire group in a single vehicle (e.g., a private van for 8 passengers). Booking multiple vehicles for the same trip within a single booking is not supported.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled at any time, except within 24 hours of the trip's start time. Cancellation policies are provided via the API and visible in TripBuilder.
Vouchers & Booking Confirmation
Mozio does not deliver a supplier PDF voucher to TripBuilder. Upon a confirmed booking:
Mozio sends an email confirmation to the traveler's email address provided in the booking.
TripBuilder does not generate a standard voucher on its side.
