How to request a report
To request a Module Template Inventory report, follow the steps stated in the Reports article.
Report content
The report generates a list of existing module templates. Here you'll be able to see:
Cockpit (in which the module was created)
Module/Revision (the module’s ID and how many revisions were made)
Created On
Modified On
Last Published On
Created By
Modified By
Title
Status (new, published, in draft or archived)
Area Stops (the locations of the stops)
Structure (if it’s a tour or stop-by-stop, for example)
Flexibility (fixed or flexible)
Pricing Type (Miscellaneous) (if there’s no pricing, service level pricing or room category pricing)
Country Start Location
Start Location (specification of the city)
End Location (specification of the city)
Tags
Picture Count
Min/Max PAX
Pricing Category (if it’s standard, deluxe, or premium, for example)
Short Description
Managed Product Category (if it’s standard, superior, or deluxe, for example)
Pricing Type (Categories) (if it’s per PAX, per group or room)
Pricing Currency
Availability From
Availability To
PAX Range
Allotments Defined (if there are any allotments defined)
Rentar Car Enabled (if a rental is enabled)
Base Services (what base services are included in the module)
Language Codes (EN, DE, ...) (Boolean value that indicates whether the component’s name/title - such as accommodations, transit activities, stop activities, rental cars, base services, upsell items, and transfers - is available in that language)

Note: All exported data present in the reports follow the format convention:
Date: DD.MM.YYYY. For example, 22.04.2026
Currency: the currency code before the amount, with a comma as a thousand separator and a period as a decimal separator. For example, EUR 1,520.50
Percentage: value with a period as a decimal separator. For example, Sales Margin Activities (%): 4.5
