How to request a report

To request an Accommodation Inventory report, follow the steps stated in the Reports article.

Report content

The report generates a list of existing inventory accommodations. Here you'll be able to see:

  • Ref ID

  • Revision

  • Supplier Name

  • Supplier Codes

  • Country

  • City

  • Hotel Name

  • Location

  • Loaded By

  • Modified By

  • Referencing Modules (modules where the accommodation is used)

  • GIATA Content (if it had GIATA content or not)

  • Availability from

  • Availability until

  • Service Categories (more details about the accommodation: if it’s a single/double room, deluxe or standard, etc.)

  • Currency

  • Rate Types

  • Pricing Types (if it’s per PAX, group or room, or external)

  • PAX Range

  • Special Offers (any special offers that were added to the accommodation)

  • Amenities (additional items like massages, spa, wifi, early check-in or late check-out, etc.)

  • Tags (anything related to the template that helps classify the experience: nature, history, culture, gastronomy, etc.)

  • Status (new, published or in draft)

  • Allotment Cut Off

  • Internal Remarks (information that may be relevant, for example, Internal pool closed for repairs from 01.11.2023 - 15.01.2023)

  • Created On

  • Modified On

Note: All exported data present in the reports follow the format convention:

  • Date: DD.MM.YYYY. For example, 22.04.2023

  • Currency: the currency code before the amount, with a comma as a thousand separator and a period as a decimal separator. For example, EUR 1,520.50

  • Percentage: value with a period as a decimal separator. For example, Sales Margin Activities (%): 4.5
