What is Discovery?

The first step in the TripBuilder booking funnel is Discovery, followed by Planning and then Checkout.

The Discovery step is where you will begin your journey. Here, you can select from a variety of curated trips, normally arranged by a Tour Operator. These come in two forms: Suggested Tours and Branded Tours. Additionally, if you prefer a more personalised journey, there's an option to create your own tour.

With Suggested Tours and Branded Tours, the recommended itineraries derive from templates built and stored in the TripBuilder's inventory. The displayed itineraries are pre-established programs which have the ability to include and book both pre- and post-travel services.

To access Discovery, go to the TripBuilder Dashboard and look for the Trips card situated within the For Agents column. Here, you will find the following options:
