Overview

The Create Your Own Tour with Design Route feature allows tour operators and travel agents to craft personalised itineraries without relying on pre-existing templates.

Users have complete control over all aspects of the trip, including starting and ending locations, travel start date and duration, number of passengers, room distribution, and selection of all itinerary components.

How to Create an Own Tour

  1. Navigate to the TripBuilder Dashboard.

  2. Click on Create Own Tour. The location of this link depends on the user's role:

    • If the user is a travel agent, the link is found in the Trips card.

    • Location of the trip

    • Intended travel (start) date

    • Number of travellers (adults and children) and their room allocation

  6. The travellers' details and room distribution are necessary for itinerary creation, as this information is used to pre-select suitable accommodation offers.
