What is the NPS survey and why is it send?
The NPS (net promoter score) survey is a quick, two-step questionnaire that appears as a small widget at the bottom of your screen. It takes less than a minute to complete and it uses neutral wording and no brands are mentioned.
The users' day-to-day experience with TripBuilder is what drives our product decisions. NPS scores and written feedback help us understand where we're doing well and where we need to improve.
TripBuilder uses a neutral wording w/o branding for its NPS.
Who, when, and where will see the NPS survey?
Who: all TripBuilder B2B users (tour operator, travel agent, and marketplace operators users)
When: the survey is shown once every 90 days and the earliest 14 days after a user has first logged into TripBuilder.
Where: the survey is only loaded on starting pages and dashboard pages. It will never be shown during critical processes such as planning, booking, or managing a booking in Customer Care.
What will be asked?
Question 1 — Score
The user is asked: "Based on your experience, how likely are you to recommend this platform to a future colleague?"
Choose a score from 0 (Not likely) to 10 (Extremely likely).
Question 2 — Feedback
After submitting the score, the user sees an optional follow-up question:
"Can you share any specific feedback about this score? What is one thing we could do differently to improve the experience?"
This is a free-text field where you can share anything on your mind — what's working well, what's frustrating, or what you'd love to see next. Once you submit, you'll see a short "Thank you!" confirmation and the widget will close.
Is it available in my language?
Yes. The survey is available in English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. It will automatically appear in the language that matches your browser settings.
Can I skip or dismiss it?
Absolutely. You can close the survey at any time by clicking the ✕ button. However, we'd really appreciate it if you take a moment to share your thoughts — it genuinely helps us build a better platform for you.
