TripBuilder Accessibility

Learn about TripBuilder WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility features and keyboard navigation support.

Written by Jam Padilla

TripBuilder supports accessibility improvements aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA principles across key booking and detail pages. These enhancements ensure a more inclusive and user-friendly experience for all customers and administrators.

Keyboard Navigation

Interactive controls throughout the platform can be reached and activated using keyboard interaction where supported. This includes:

  • Interactive maps

  • Calendar dropdowns

  • Hotel and room selection buttons

  • Activity cards

  • Image carousel controls

Focus Indicators

To assist keyboard users in navigating the platform, visible focus indicators clearly identify the active element on the screen. This ensures you always know which control you are currently interacting with.

Page Structure

We have improved the underlying page structure to support assistive technologies. This includes replacing non-semantic elements with proper semantic button elements and correcting the heading hierarchy across all detail pages for better screen reader navigation.

Scope and Limitations

While TripBuilder continuously improves its accessibility features, we cannot guarantee full WCAG conformance for every custom implementation or third-party integration. If you have instance-specific accessibility questions or require assistance, please contact Nezasa Support or reach out to your customer success manager.
