Smart Planner can be used with certain templates. It is not yet compatible with all of them, but customers can activate it on a per-template basis and test it. If the test is satisfying they can set the template as smart planner compatible.

Navigate to any template, in the Miscellaneous tab you will find the following setting :
What to do with it
We are leveraging Smart Planner at different levels with templates :
When instantiating a template, open it on smart planner instead of regular planner
Allowing customers to switch between planner and smart planner for different use cases in the same itinerary with a button (coming soon) when the template is set as "Default" or "Enabled"
Displaying only templates that are smart planner compatible in discovery (needs to be activated by Nezasa)
Future use cases will be added, but this is the current status quo.
