Smart planner's purpose is to provide a simpler way of planning trips by simplifying some of the complexity of the planner Nezasa customers have used until now. It excels for simple trips as well as multi-center trips with various flights, hotels, rental cars and multiple activities.

Philosophy
Smart Planner is meant as a B2C end-user friendly platform, so it is thought of as mobile-first platform and not simply a responsive website.
Accommodations
New hotel search is part of the basic features of smart planner. Meaning the user receives 3 recommendations in tiles by default. Like for planner, the user can click on "See More" and have a hotel drawer open. We've added some extra capabilities :
Change hotels from within that same drawer
Upgrade hotel rooms again from the drawer
Meaning you can manage all the accommodations related interactions from within smart planner directly without being redirected to new pages.
Activities
We want to allow the same level of flexibility as for hotels and easy addition of activities with one click and same principle applies to changing and upgrading them all with drawers and within smart planner. This task is slightly more complex, because we have two types of activities :
Simple activities, where the number of tickets and ages are inferred from the travellers and we can easily have reasonable default tickets. Thus one click suffices to add them
Multi-parameter activities that require the user to manually pick a few options
Smart planner is ready for both and the way we proceed for the first type is we pre-select a date and an option and the user can simply click select or change those parameters very easily from the interface and then click select.
For the second type, the user is prompted with a drawer where they can select the necessary options for the activity (all still within smart planner) and then click select for the activity to be added.
Rental Cars
A trip can be complex with various means of transportation. Smart planner is ready to support that at every level, including with rental cars. The user can easily select one or more rental cars within smart planner thanks to a drawer specifically thought for this purpose.
You will find pick up and drop off cards for your rental cars and can add activities or any other products in between. Flexibility and Clarity are our targets.
Add / remove stops and start dates
When you begin planning a trip, you might not have all the answers to what you actually want to do. In smart planner, you can :
Add a new stop while planning
Remove a stop you no longer wish to do
Extend a stop, by extending the number of hotel nights
Adjust the start date if you want to compare prices for different departure dates
