Overview
The Connect API represents a technical and architectural framework designed to enable TripBuilder’s API-first approach to managing a complete booking flow with external live suppliers. Focused specifically on Ground Transportation, this Open API empowers suppliers to integrate independently.
The current scope of this API definition addresses the use cases relevant to managing transfer offers within the TripBuilder platform.
Looking ahead, we are committed to extending its capabilities over the coming months to fully support the unique requirements of Train, Bus, and Ferry services.
Airport Transfer Booking Payload
For airport transfers, booking requests include flight identification details when a flight is linked to the airport transfer location. The flight number is included in the locode field, and the airport IATA code is included in the location data.
The flight number is only included when an actual flight is linked to the airport location. Non-airport transfers, or airport transfers without a linked flight, do not include flight number data in the booking payload.
