It has been trained on our Knowledge Base and API documentation. Whether you're searching for details on a specific feature in our knowledge base or looking up API endpoints and parameters, AskNez is here to help.

What AskNez Can Do

AskNez is built to simplify your search for information by:

  • Answering Your Questions: Get direct, concise answers to your queries about our products, features, and API.

  • Navigating the Knowledge Base: Ask questions in natural language, and AskNez will intelligently guide you to the most relevant articles and topics.

  • Assisting with API Queries: Quickly retrieve detailed information on API usage, including specific endpoints, required parameters, and helpful examples.

How to Access and Use AskNez

AskNez is designed for intuitive use:

  1. Accessing AskNez: You'll find AskNez in TripBuilder’s Cockpit’s Resource Center (question mark icon on the header bar)

  2. Starting a Conversation: To begin, type your question into the provided chat box. AskNez will immediately start processing your query.

  3. Tips for Effective Questioning:

    • Be Specific: The more precise your question, the better AskNez can understand and respond.

    • Use Nezasa glossary: Include key terms related to your query.

    • Rephrase if Needed: If the initial answer isn't quite what you're looking for, try rephrasing your question or breaking it down into smaller parts.

Understanding Beta Mode

AskNez is currently in Beta mode. This means:

  • Ongoing Development: We are actively developing and refining AskNez. Your feedback during this period is crucial for its improvement.

  • Reporting Issues and Feedback: If you encounter an inaccurate answer or have suggestions for improvement, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Your input helps us make AskNez better for everyone.

Accuracy of Responses

  • Potential for Inaccuracy: Please note that the AI used may give wrong answers or invent facts (so-called hallucinations). While AskNez tries to catch those cases and be as accurate as possible, it's an evolving technology.

  • Importance of Double-Checking: We strongly encourage you to always double-check any critical information provided by AskNez against our official articles and documentation. To assist with this, all responses will include links to the documentation used to provide the answer. This will also allow you to easily dive deeper into the topic if you need more detailed information than the summary provided.

Data Freshness

The chatbot updates its own database from the product knowledge base articles and all API documentation on a weekly basis.

Data Security

Nezasa uses OpenAI's API Platform with their own API keys. The API Platform guarantees the following (quotes from the OpenAI Enterprise Privacy Terms):

  • Data Usage and Retention:

    • We do not train on your business data

    • After 30 days, API inputs and outputs are removed from our systems.

    • You own your inputs and outputs.

  • Security, Encryption:

    • Enterprise-level authentication through SAML SSO

    • We’ve been audited for SOC 2 compliance

    • Data encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)

A: AskNez does not access your personal account data. Its responses are based solely on our public knowledge base and API documentation.

Q: What if AskNez cannot answer my question?

A: If AskNez can't find an answer, it will let you know. In such cases, please try rephrasing your question, using the traditional search, or contacting our support team.
