Requesting an Allotments Sell & Report

To request an Allotments Sell & Report, please refer to the instructions in the Reports article.

Report Content Overview

The report offers a comprehensive list of products with specified allotments. It includes the following details:

  • Product Type: Indicates if the product is a transport service, an activity, or a module.

  • Description: Provides a brief description of the product.

  • URL: Links to the product's URL in the TripBuilder inventory.

  • Category/Amenity: Specifies if the product is an amenity service or falls into a room category.

  • Category/Amenity: Describes the rating or classification (category type specific), such as the number of stars, or whether it is economy, standard, deluxe, etc.

  • Sub Category: Identifies what the product is (e.g., a Room).

  • Sub Category: Provides additional details (e.g., Single or Double Room).

  • External Ref ID: The product's external reference identifier (when existing).

  • Allotment Name: The name assigned to the allotment.

  • Release Date: The date when the allotment becomes available.

  • Allotment Date: The specific date for the allotment.

  • Allotment: The total number of allocated units.

  • Allotted: The number of units already allotted.

  • Remaining: The number of units still available.

  • Status: Indicates whether the allotment is open or closed.

  • Itineraries/Bookings: Details about booked units.

  • Units on Request: The number of "Overbook Units" configured in the allotments.

  • Confirmed on Request: The number of confirmed "On Request" bookings.

  • Pending on Request: The number of non-confirmed "On Request" bookings.

Note: Please be aware of the following format conventions used in the reports:

  • Date: Presented in the format DD.MM.YYYY. Example: 22.04.2025.

  • Currency: Displayed with the currency code before the amount, using a comma as the thousand separator and a period as the decimal separator. For example, EUR 1,520.50.

  • Percentage: Displayed with a period as a decimal separator. For example, Sales Margin Activities (%): 4.5.
