How to set up a new Admin Email?

Overview

System emails, such as Booking Confirmation, can be sent to the configured email address of a distribution channel if defined in TripBuilder. Different configurations are supported per Distribution Channel. If undefined, all system emails will be sent to the configured admin email address of the Tour Operator.

How to set up a new Admin Email?

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click on Distribution Channels.

  3. Click on your TripBuilder ID.

  4. Click on the General tab.

  5. Scroll down to the Email Delivery section.

  6. Enter a new TO Email (Admin Email).

  7. Click Save.
