The Integration tab on templates in inventory allows defining the following code or references.
CRS Service Codes
Service Code (i.e. Leistungs Code, TOMA specific) can be defined here, which will be handed over to the CRS system.
This only applies to customers with CRS integration, therefore, can be left empty otherwise.
External References
An external reference can hold the custom IDs or IDs of external systems. A list of external systems is provided via the drop-down.
The information will be passed via the Booking API to the external system defined.
This is important because it will ensure customers who need this process are able to process and recognise bookings.
