Overview
Amenities represent additional services such as meal options, guides or entrance tickets. Such services can be included in the scope of accommodations, transfers, transit and stop activities, and rental cars.
Amenities can either be added as single amenities or as amenity groups.

How to Add Single Amenities
To add single amenities to your product, follow these steps:
Go to the Amenities tab and click on Add Amenity.
Enter the Name of the amenity.
To create a single amenity, ensure the Group field is left as Doesn't belong to any group.
Select the Type of amenity. Note: While most information can be edited, the amenity Type cannot be changed after creation.
The type options vary according to the product:

Click OK to create the single amenity.
After clicking OK, you will be directed to the amenity detail page. The information displayed depends on the selected product type. In this example, a single amenity with the "Accommodation" type was created.
Define the fields for the amenity, including:
Name
Details (only for transit and stop activities)
Pictures (only for transit and stop activities)
Inclusion policy
Pricing Type
Is charged and Must be available options (only for rental cars)
Charge Type (only for rental cars)
Per-PAX Selection
Important: This feature needs to be enabled by Nezasa. Please contact our support team or your customer success manager to enable the feature flag available at the Distribution Channel > Nezasa-Only tab > General > Enable per component PAX allocation > For accommodations / For activities (depending on the use case)
Commission category
Pricing (Net, USD)
Create a PAX/duration range and add a Pricing Season

Click Save to complete the setup.
Note:
If no picture is added to a single amenity, the picture added to the amenity group will be displayed in the Planner. If no picture is added to the amenity group, none will be shown in the Planner.
By enabling the Per-PAX Selection option, you can specify which PAX will use the amenity. For example, in a booking for 2 PAX, only 1 PAX wants to join an additional tour.
The Per-PAX Selection only applies to single amenities, not to amenity groups.
If the pricing seasons of amenities are inconsistent with those in the service categories, the amenities won't be displayed during the chosen date of the tour.

Inclusion Policy
The Inclusion policy is automatically set to Optional, by default not selected and the pricing type to Price per PAX. Several inclusion policies are offered, impacting how the amenity can be selected and displayed in the Planner.

Optional, by default not selected | Price per pax/group/car/room | The amenity has a price and can be selected by the user. |
Optional, by default selected | Price per pax/group/car/room | The amenity has a price and is pre-selected. Users can deselect it. |
Mandatory, always selected | Included | The amenity is included and cannot be deselected by the user. |
Mandatory, always selected | Price per pax/group/car/room | The price isn't displayed to the user. It will be listed under the included options. |
Display in Planner
When the inclusion policy is Optional, by default not selected, the amenity can be added or removed by the user.
Note: The cost of mandatory amenities is always included in the room price for accommodations or in the ticket/service category price for activities.
How to add amenity groups
Amenity groups allow you to bundle multiple amenities together, where only one can be selected when booking the itinerary. For example, offering two activities on the same day but allowing only one to be chosen.
Click on Add Amenity Group.
Enter the Name of the amenity group.
Click OK to create the grouped amenity.
After clicking OK, you will be directed to the group amenity detail page.

After completing the amenity group, you can allocate a single amenity to n group by clicking the Move Amenity button inside the single amenity.
A pop-up will display, allowing you to select the amenity group to move the single amenity to.
