Overview

Access to the Cockpit functionalities can be conducted either by:

  • While at the TripBuilder Dashboard, click and navigate directly to one of the three specific Cockpit areas (Customer Care, Inventory and Settings)

  • At any moment, open the menu with the user actions by clicking on the user logo in the screen's top right area and then click Nezasa Cockpit. This will trigger the Cockpit Dashboard screen.

Cockpit Dashboard

The Cockpit is the interface and place of the Nezasa system where all itineraries are stored, products, tours, and itineraries are created, and settings can be configured.

The Cockpit dashboard provides direct access to the different parts of the Cockpit application.

Customer Care

Gives access to all your customer itineraries: it allows you to search itineraries by customer name or ID, generate travel documentation, or confirm/cancel bookings.

Inventory

You can define and manage your templates and travel products in the Inventory. White-label portals allow you to control which templates are shown on the website.

Settings

You may define the settings of your inventory and your white-label portal. The settings are only accessible by admin users.
