Overview

In the Customer Care section, users can manage itineraries while providing support throughout the booking process and conducting several post-booking operations.

The default view in Customer Care is the Itinerary Dashboard. However, additional sections may be available in the top navigation bar depending on the configuration set in the Distribution Channel settings. The possible areas include:

  • Group Tours

  • Reports

  • Components

  • Promo Codes

Itinerary Dashboard

The itinerary dashboard allows an overview of all itineraries initiated in TripBuilder. This includes every itinerary created using the application, whether by you, agents or the customers, each identified by unique IDs. The dashboard allows easy search, filtering, and retrieval of the required itinerary.

Upon selecting a specific itinerary, users can access comprehensive details on the trip, including the itinerary, travel components/products, pricing, margins, travel documentation, and a record of past alterations. Moreover, various post-booking operations, such as booking modifications and cancellations, are also possible.

Group Tours

Clicking on the "Group Tours" link at the top navigation bar, the Customer Care user accesses the Group Tours feature.

Reports

Clicking on the "Reports" link at the top navigation bar, the Customer Care user will have access to the Itinerary Report feature.

A configuration popup will be presented where the user can configure the filter criteria for data export.

Components

Clicking on the "Components" link at the top navigation bar, the Customer Care user will have access to all components referenced in itineraries.

Promo Codes

Clicking on the "Promo Codes" link at the top navigation bar, the Customer Care user will have access to a dedicated area with the same name.
