Overview

Customer itineraries in the Agent Centre include all itineraries accessible to a travel agent, regardless of their status. Due to the potentially high volume of itineraries, search and filter functionalities are available to help agents quickly locate the relevant itineraries for follow-up.

Identify Itineraries

Agents can search for and filter itineraries using two approaches, which can also be combined for more precise results:

  • Search Itineraries By Text: This feature allows you to search for itineraries using passenger names, passport numbers, or itinerary IDs.

  • Filter by Status: This feature lets you filter itineraries based on their status. Ten filtering status are available.
