How to add an activity to an itinerary?

Learn how to add an activity, excursion and tour to your itinerary!

Steps:

  • Click on the “Add Activities” button below a selected stop destination

    • Note: If the New Activities UI setting is enabled for the Distribution Channel, the stop card can show a See recommended activities link, and the Add Activities button opens the drawer-based activity browsing UI. If the setting is disabled, the classic inline activity selection flow described below applies.

  • Check out the Activity overview & use the filter functionalities

  • View activity details

  • Select activity

Video note: The video may demonstrate the classic inline activity selection flow. If the New Activities UI setting is enabled, review whether the video matches the drawer-based activity browsing UI.

Admin configuration: Distribution Channel admins can configure the New Activities UI setting under DC > Settings > Planner > Product Specific Configurations > Activities.
