Data Update Frequency
Daily, between 2am and 6am CET
Note that the data provided in this view is not live data, but consolidated and normalized data that is synced daily from the application's database into the data warehouse and then processed by the data pipeline. As a result, the most recent data changes may not yet be available in the data exposed here.
Report Details
General
EMAIL: the email address of the user.
FIRST_NAME: the user's first name.
LAST_NAME: the user's last name.
STATUS: indicates if the user is active or inactive.
USER_TYPE: the type of user, only "Standard" users are included in this export.
PROFILE: the user’s normalized profile, derived from their roles; includes values like Admin, Agent, Employee, and others.
Company & Channel
COMPANY_REF_ID: the technical reference ID of the tour operator company associated with the user.
DISTRIBUTION_CHANNEL_REF_ID: the unique reference ID for the user’s distribution channel.
AUTHORIZED_DISTRIBUTION_CHANNEL_REF_IDS: the list of distribution channel IDs the user is authorized to access.
Agency
TRAVEL_AGENCY_REF_ID: the reference ID for the travel agency linked to the user.
TRAVEL_AGENCY_SHORT_NAME: the short name of the user's travel agency.
External & CRM
EXTERNAL_REFERENCES: a comma-separated list of external identifiers related to the user.
Login & Record Info
LAST_LOGIN_AT: the timestamp of the user's most recent login.
LOGIN_COUNT: the number of times the user has logged into the system.
CREATED_AT: the timestamp when the user record was created.
MODIFIED_AT: the timestamp when the user record was last updated.
