Data table and CSV export of the itinerary data. The report covers the core dataset of itineraries created using TripBuilder. It includes all key identifiers, agency and agent association, travel attributes, structural details, and enriched booking, change, and cancellation event information.
Data Update Frequency
Daily, between 2am and 6am CET
Note that the data provided in this view is not live data, but consolidated and normalized data that is synced daily from the application's database into the data warehouse and then processed by the data pipeline. As a result, the most recent data changes may not yet be available in the data exposed here.
Report Details
General
ITINERARY_ID: internal technical ID of the itinerary.
ITINERARY_REF_ID: reference ID for the itinerary (used for integrations and tracking across systems).
ITINERARY_STATUS: current technical status of the itinerary (e.g., Open, Booked, Cancelled).
ITINERARY_STATUS_SIMPLIFIED: a simplified version of the technical status.
CREATED_AT: timestamp when the itinerary was first created.
MODIFIED_AT: last updated timestamp.
IS_ARCHIVED: timestamp when the itinerary was archived due to the itinerary retention policy. Archived itineraries are still used for analytics, but cannot be accessed anymore by the TripBuilder application.
Association & Partner
COMPANY_REF_ID: reference ID of the tour operator company owning the itinerary.
DISTRIBUTION_CHANNEL_REF_ID: distribution channel reference.
TRAVEL_AGENCY_REF_ID: reference ID of the travel agency (if applicable).
TRAVEL_AGENCY_SHORT_NAME: short name of the associated agency.
TRAVEL_AGENCY_COOPERATIVE_NAME: cooperative the agency belongs to.
CREATION_CHANNEL: channel identifier for itinerary creation. Please note this information is only tracked since January 2025.
Trip Structure & Details
SOURCE_MARKET_COUNTRY_CODE: source market country.
DESTINATION_COUNTRY_CODE: the main (primary) destination country code, i.e., the country where most overnights are spent by the travelers.
START_DATE, END_DATE, NIGHTS: main trip structural attributes.
PAX_COUNT, PAX_CHILDREN_COUNT, ROOM_COUNT: pax config.
Checkout, Booking, Booking Change, and Cancellation Events
ITINERARY_SALES_PRICE_AMOUNT(_CURRENCY): the current itinerary sales price. Depending on the status of the itinerary, this price is equivalent to the booking, booking change, or cancellation price.
INITIAL_BOOKING_SALES_PRICE_AMOUNT(_CURRENCY): price info at initial booking event.
INITIALLY_BOOKED_AT: timestamp when the initial booking was made.
BOOKING_CHANGE_LAST_AT: timestamp of last booking change.
BOOKING_CHANGE_LAST_SALES_PRICE_AMOUNT(_CURRENCY): last package price amount after booking change.
CANCELLATION_FEE_AMOUNT(_CURRENCY): the remaining price after cancellation which consists of the cancellation fees.
CANCELLED_AT: timestamp when the itinerary booking was cancelled.

Remark: Data Warehouse vs. TripBuilder Pricing
You may notice slight differences between the component sales prices calculated in the data warehouse and those displayed in TripBuilder Customer Care. These variations typically occur due to:
Net Price Calculation: the component sales prices are re-calculated from net prices.
Currency Conversion: The use of interpolated FX rates during data processing.
Rounding Logic: Minor mathematical deviations caused by different rounding patterns across systems.
Change History
2026-02-25: The TripBuilder itineraries table in Analytics now includes per-component-group sales price sum columns, giving tour operators a more granular breakdown of revenue across component categories. All prices are in the sales currency of the itinerary.
2026-02-22: Default sorting changed to "Last Modified Descending".
2025-11-05: Date filters start/end dates are inclusive now.
2025-11-05: Added itinerary, distribution channel, and travel agency counts to quickly see data set size.
2025-08-28: Added current itinerary price and price after cancellation.
