  4. The Order History page will then be presented, providing details of all checkouts and orders executed for the selected itinerary

Page Structure

The page consists of three main sections:

  • All Checkouts: This provides an overview of each checkout, the creation and modification times, regular versus manual booking/booking changes and identifiers for itinerary versions and checkout.

  • All Orders: This section shows an overall view of orders, focusing on total pricing and fees.

  • Order Positions: This gives a detailed view of each ordered component with descriptive information, external (live supply) and internal (inventory) references, booking status, pricing, and cancellation rules.

Please note: In a reselling context, it will also display both net and sales prices from the viewpoint of the Tour Operator/Itinerary Owner acting as a reseller.

All Checkouts

In this section the Scope column identifies the type of Booking operation, with further details provided in the Status column. The Scope column can hold two values:

  • Light: applies to a Manual Booking Change operation (Status show as "BookingChangeCompleted")

  • Regular: applies to a Booking operation (Status show as "BookingCompleted") or Booking Change operation (Status show as "BookingChangeCompleted")

The screenshot below illustrates the three scenarios.

Example Scenario

Follows an example of how an order history would represent three booking operations:

  1. Initial booking of seven hotels

  2. Booking change wherein one hotel was cancelled and one single-day activity was booked

  3. Booking change wherein a rental car was booked
