Introduction

The Override Option allows to start or end at different locations than the start or end airport locations initially selected in the standard transfer module

Using the Override Functionality

Go to Cockpit / Inventory / Package Builder / Modules.

Example

Default: The start and end location of your Template is initially Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi (DEL), i.e. your default Module starts and ends at DEL.

Override Option: An exchangeable Module starts or ends at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and should:

  • be displayed as exchangeable components on the Frontend

  • automatically include the the flight between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi (DEL)

  • override the start (Pre-Program) or the end (Post-Program) airport of the Template/Itinerary

Result: Both is solved by selecting the override function on either the start (Pre-Program) or end (Post-Program) airport location of the exchangeable Module.

Exchangeable Pre-Program

After creation of the module the itinerary override can be selected on the right hand side of the start location for Pre-Programs

or on the right hand side of the end location for Post-Programs

Tags

To identify, which modules should be offered in the itinerary, it is important to use the same tags in Exchangeable Pre-/Post Program (in this example the Stop Over in Dubai) and in Filter-Tags on the Template
