Overview
It is possible to assign a template to Travel Agencies in the Inventory. This allows cases wherein custom itineraries are created exclusively for specific customers and should only be accessed by certain Travel Agencies.
Note: Travel Agency Management is not a general feature and needs to be enabled by our support team. Get in touch with your customer success manager or our support to discuss your options.
Define Exclusive Tour Templates
Additional functionality will be displayed on the Miscellaneous tab of custom-marked templates to define to which travel agency this template should be shown exclusively.
A list of your created travel agencies is displayed and can be selected from with the Add Agency button. Select the agencies that can see the custom template on the Discovery.
Note: Travel agencies can not be set for public templates.
Display of Exclusive Tours on Discovery
In line with allowing Travel Agencies to offer specific tours exclusively, there is a specific tab in Discovery for Exclusive Tours. The Exclusive Tours tab shall only be visible if any custom templates are published associated with the currently authenticated agency user logged into TripBuilder.
